New: Employee Wellbeing Surveys Built Into BambooHR

BambooHR now includes native wellbeing and eNPS surveys, making it easier to measure how your employees are really feeling.
Wellbeing surveys in BambooHR
BambooHR's new Wellbeing Surveys feature allows HR administrators to run pulse surveys on employee satisfaction, burnout risk, work-life balance, and manager effectiveness. Choose from pre-built survey templates or build a custom survey with a drag-and-drop question editor. Surveys are distributed automatically via email and the BambooHR mobile app. Results are anonymised and aggregated at the team level, with a minimum threshold of five responses to protect individual confidentiality.
eNPS tracking and trend analysis
Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is now tracked automatically with each survey cycle. BambooHR plots eNPS over time and segments by department, location, and tenure band. Administrators can set a survey cadence (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) and BambooHR handles distribution and reminders automatically. Results feed directly into the People Analytics dashboard so you can see the relationship between eNPS and other workforce metrics in one view.
