BambooHR Benefits Administration provides a centralised benefits management hub for HR teams and a self-service enrolment experience for employees. Configure your organisation's benefit offerings, including health insurance, life assurance, pension plans, cycle-to-work schemes, and flexible benefit allowances. Set eligibility rules and enrolment windows. Employees log in to view their current benefits, model the cost of different options, and make elections, all without a paper form or an email to HR.
Open enrolment made simple
The open-enrolment workflow guides employees step by step through their benefit choices, displays the employee and employer cost of each option, and confirms selections before submission. HR administrators see real-time enrolment progress and can send reminders to employees who have not yet completed their elections. Completed enrolments update automatically in the employee record and can be exported for transmission to benefit providers. Available for BambooHR Pro customers from June 2026.
