BambooHR's rebuilt Reporting Suite makes it faster and easier to create, schedule, and share the people data your organisation needs.
What's new in Reporting
The rebuilt BambooHR Reporting Suite features a new drag-and-drop report builder with real-time preview, 40 new pre-built report templates, a chart builder for visualising any dataset, and a new Scheduled Reports feature that automatically runs and emails reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. Every report can be filtered, grouped, and sorted without any technical knowledge, and saved as a template for reuse. All existing saved reports are preserved and available in the new interface.
Cross-module reporting
For the first time, BambooHR reports can draw on data from multiple modules in a single report: combine employee record fields with absence data, performance ratings, training completions, and hiring pipeline data. This makes it possible to build composite reports such as 'headcount by department showing average tenure, last performance rating, and days absent in the last 12 months' without any data export or spreadsheet work. The rebuilt Reporting Suite is available to all BambooHR customers from March 2026.
