BambooHR Mobile App 3.0 is our biggest mobile update ever: faster, more intuitive, and packed with features for employees and managers on the go.
What's new in 3.0
BambooHR Mobile App 3.0 has been rebuilt from the ground up with a new navigation structure, faster loading times, and a redesigned home screen that surfaces the actions employees use most. New features include: time-off request and approval directly from the home screen, push notifications for pending approvals and onboarding tasks, an enhanced org chart with photos and direct-message links, and a new document hub where employees can access and e-sign HR documents from their phone.
Manager features
Managers gain a new Team View on the home screen showing who is in the office, who is on leave, and who has tasks overdue. Approve or decline leave requests with a single tap. Log performance feedback and goal progress. View team-level engagement and absence trends. BambooHR Mobile App 3.0 is available now for iOS and Android. Existing users will be prompted to update automatically. New users can search for 'BambooHR' in the App Store or Google Play.
